How to register a Corporate or Affiliate Employer

Step 1: 

Visit our home page at www.directcarecareers.com.

Click on “I’m an Employer looking to hire a personal care attendant.”

Fill in the form. Required fields include your NPI number, Company Email Address, City, and Zip Code. Click on Verify.

  • If the NPI number, Business Email Address, City, and Zip Code match up with the state’s Employer list, you should see the green message below. You can now continue to register for a profile. 
  • Fill in the form with your personal name and email account. Create a password.  
  • Check the box if you agree to the “Terms of Use.” 
  • Click on “Create New Account

If you see the message "Registration successful, you are now logged in", you have successfully registered as a representative for your company.

Scroll down under Manage Employer Profile(s), and click on the underlined company name.

Now you can add details to your company profile (e.g., Phone Number, About the Employer, select the Type of Employer, and add Branch Locations if applicable). The Type of Employer was entered as a default type, so you must scroll down, select the correct Type of Employer (Corporate with multiple locations) and then click “Update”.

After changing Employer Type, you should see the Manage Branches/Locations section. Enter the information for your affiliate company. Click Add New Branch/Location. You should now see the affiliate company listed below.

Click on My Workspace on the top of left-hand toolbar. You have now successfully registered as an Employer (corporate or main location account) with an affiliate branch/location! The corporate or main location company and affiliate company should be listed under My Workspace under Manage Employer Profile(s).

To log out:

Hover over the account icon. Click Log out.
