How to register as an affiliate company

Step 1: 

Visit our home page at www.directcarecareers.com.

Click on “I’m an Employer looking to hire a personal care attendant.”

Fill in the form. Required fields include your NPI number, Company Email Address, City, and Zip Code. Click on Verify.

  • If the NPI number, Business Email Address, City, and Zip Code match up with the state’s Employer list, you should see the green message below. You can now continue to register for a profile. 
  • Fill in the form with your personal name and email account. Create a password.  
  • Check the box if you agree to the “Terms of Use.” 
  • Click on “Create New Account

If you see the message "Registration successful, you are now logged in", you have successfully registered as a representative for your company.

Scroll down under Manage Employer Profile(s), and click on the underlined company name.

Now you can add details to your company profile (e.g., Phone Number, About the Employer, Change the Employer Type, and Manage Branch Locations, if needed). 

The Employer Type was entered as a default type, so you must select the correct Employer Type (i.e. Corporate Affiliate) and then click “Update”. 

Under Parent Organization, enter the corporate email address and click “Update”. This will link your account with corporate.

When you log in to your Employer account again, you should see your ‘My Workspace’ (as shown below) with your company listed under Manage Employer Profile(s).
