I am a CLE/Participant looking to hire a Direct Care Worker. Where is my Recipient ID?

The Recipient ID needed to create a Direct Care Careers (DCC) account is your 10-digit Medicaid ID (MAID) on your insurance card. This is different from your MCO Participant ID number.

Use this 10-digit number as your Recipient ID to create your PA DCC account.

If your Recipient ID is active your account will be created.

Note: Some MAIDs may have only 9-digits. If there are not 10-digits in your MAID number, add zeros onto the beginning of the number to create a 10-digit number: Example: ID # 123456789 would become 0123456789.
