I am a CLE/Participant. Why did I receive a message saying I am not eligible?

You may have received a message saying that you are not eligible if:

  • The birth date or Medicaid ID you entered does not match the information on file at the County Assistance Office.
  • The Medicaid ID you entered is not correct.
  • Your status is not currently active in the Community Health Choice (CHC) Program.
  • You are not participating with Tempus as part of the Pennsylvania Community Health Choices (CHC) Participant Directed Program.
