How to sign up as an employer

Step 1: Navigate to the Homepage

Go to the homepage at www.directcarecareers.com

Step 2: Select your state

Select your State by clicking on the appropriate state’s name.

Step 3: Select Employer/Provider Link

In the Let’s Get Started section, click on the text which reads “I’m an employer/provider looking to hire a direct care worker”. This will open the form.

Step 4: Fill out the form

Enter your organization's:

  • Name
  • NPI or Tax-ID
  • Email Address
  • City
  • Zip Code

When done, click "verify".
