How to sign up as a new state

Step 1: Go to the homepage

Start from the Direct Care Centers home page.

Step 2: Navigate to the state sign-up link

Locate and select the link to “ADvancing States Information Sign-up.”

Step 3: Fill out and submit the form

Fill out the ADvancing States Information Sign-up form. After filling out the form, select “Submit.”
